I've been using VLC to play my videos for a long time and while fidgeting with the settings I must've changed one that causes my Windows Theme to switch to Basic every time I open it up, and I hate that it does that but I can't find the setting that will stop it from switching, can anyone please help?

It's a method of sending so much data to one computer / IP Address, usually, but not always, a simple "ping", that it essentially gets flooded, can't handle it, and either gets completely knocked offline, or becomes so slow that for all practical purposes that computer, or even website, becomes unusable.

Youtube doesn't make it very obvious, so if you've never done one and are having trouble finding the "button" to post a video response, it's easy.
If you want to avoid typing the whole (http://www.domain.com)... just type the site name and hold the Ctrl key and press enter. Works for .com sites mostly (ie) pepsi then hold Ctrl and press enter, it will Automatically enter the http://www. for you. IE and Firefox.
I have a new LCD monitor and just noticed while playing SWTOR this weekend that it has a really annoying bright yellow pixel that stays there all the time. The crazy thing is I only see it when playing that game (I haven't looked with other games yet) and when I log out of the game I no longer see the pixel lit up in regular Windows. Does anyone know WHY it only shows in the game, and how to fix a stuck pixel? Thx!
any way to recover deleted phone no. on a sim card

Dropbox is a free service that lets you bring all your photos, docs, and videos anywhere. This means that any file you save to your DropBox will automatically save to all your computers, phones and even the DropBox website. DropBox also makes it super easy to share with others, whether you're a student or professional, parent or grandparent. Even if you accidentally spill a latte on your laptop, have no fear! You can relax knowing that DropBox always has you covered, and none of your stuff will ever be lost.
A video to show you how it works.
My local disk (c:) is nearly full up and I have nothing on my local disk (e:)
How in easy terms can I transfer some of my applications to disk (e:)
I have taken some off of (c:) but it automatically goes back on to (c:) when I try to put it on (e:). It will not give me a choice. I am fairly new to computers so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you. Ian
