Effective last week any registered sex offender residing in Orange County who's crimes were against young children have been banned from participating in Halloween actvities.

The new law:

• Require sex offenders to post a sign on their residences stating that no candy or treats are available.

• All exterior lights of their homes must remain off during the Halloween evening.

• Sex offenders are not allowed to decorate their residences with Halloween decorations.

Google made a announcement that it will be testing a ultra high speed internet that will boast speeds of one gigabyte per second and all FREE of change. They plan to test it in one city, possibly more for 50,0000 to 500,000 customers. Well as you can imagine the bidding war is on. So since its free how do you bid?
