When you're highlighting entire rows or columns in MS Excel that don't start from the top, Excel actually will let you know how many have been selected as you go. Notice 9R in the image below, indicates 9 rows have been selected.
So for some reason, in their divine wisdom, Google has decided not to make it easy to just copy the coordinates of wherever you happen to be looking, to your clipboard. Sure, you can start to make a Placemark, then copy each one separately, but there's a much easier, and free, way. Follow on:
alright, im with a client, and he wants me to basically go threw bout 400GB of files n folders, pick out all the mp3 files and move them to a different spot on the drive, heres the problem, theres literally of thousands of folders. manually, this would take days. i know theres a cmd command to find a specific file type, i know theres a command to move files. is there a way to combine these 2 commands? so the cmd will go threw all the folders, find all the .mp3 files. then move them to the place desired ?
Somebody please help me. The fonts are too big even though I have tried to adjust the dpi. When I find the Microsoft solution, the Apply button is cut off at the bottom of the page and I cannot complete the directions. So here's the way the page looks when I logged on here. One half of the page is toolbars and window description tabs, and the second half is your page and the icons for adblock, scribefire, etc. Does anyone know what I can do? I already know about making fonts smaller with mouse wheel. Anything else? Please?

While working in Excel, often times there's a need to use a calculator, here's a way to add one to your toolbar in Excel 2007.
First, right click on the toolbar and choose "Customize Quick Access Toolbar".
On the next Excel Options screen choose "Commands Not in the Ribbon" from the "Choose Commands From" drop down menu.
For those of us who use MS Excel there are a lot of times you may want to have report headings centered across the top of the page. The only way you used to be able to do this was to use the Merge and Center option. Although Merge and Center serves its purpose, it can cause other problems down the road, such as selecting ranges or copy and pasting ranges.
