On-Screen Keyboard

So inspired by Smartmom's thread on Keyboard Shortcuts. I thought I start a thread on want to do when your keyboard dies and you can't get a new one right away.

In case you decided to take out all your buttons to clean your keyboard and in the end find it not working (totally didn't do this) , this is what you can do:

Click Start>All Programs>Accessibility>On-Screen Keyboard

How to outsmart a keylogger

If your faced with the thought that someone has placed a keylogger on your computer and hacking you there is one way to get around it. You can change your passwords to sites but, if they are getting it non stop, then what good does it do? There are basically two ways you can change your password that the keylogger will not be able to get.

The first way is don't ever type your password just have a certain text somewhere that you can simply copy and paste the password in. Since your not typing it then it should not be able to read it.

System Restore-- What it "restores"

Well, those of you that know me, are well aware of the fact that I'm no computer whiz. Heck, I barely scrape by. So on those common occasions where I have a computer mishap. (ie: it's not doing what I want it to, or I somehow broke it) I have a route of attack I take.

Step 1: Yell and scream expletives at said computer
Step 2: Restart. Well because why not really, ya never know what that might fix? I'm a firm believer in "it might fix itself" (fyi: usually... not so much, but I'm not giving up hope yet)
