Help a little girl out (vote)

Ok I normally don't do this but my secretary's little girl is in a contest. Currently she is in second place and the voting ends on the 17th. If she wins she gets passes to the zoo for a year, movie passes and a few other goodies. She is such a sweet little girl. Its a contest on coloring for fathers day. She is 7 yrs old and in the 1st grade. Here is her picture:

New Mommy/Daddy help

i just realized that we have a new Mommy to be amongst us. I am not sure if this is her first but, since a few of us here have been through the pregnancy, infant, toddler, preschool, school age, preteen and teen years.. Why not share a few tricks that have worked for you? Or ask for help from the "pros" (ROFL) I love to hear ideas from others on how to make something I am struggling with work better Smile
