Right outside of Atlanta GA is a Walmart that yesterday a mom was shopping at with her 2 yr old little girl. Like most kids she was a little fussy and was crying. Well the crying little girl didn't sit well with this 61 yr old man who walked up to the mom and said "If you don't shut that baby up, I will shut her up for you." after that he proceeded to slap the baby, not once but atleast 4 times. Vicki Walker an employee of New Zealand's ProCare Health was fired for using ALL CAPS IN HER EMAILS. Vicki sued for wrongful termination and won the case. Apparently she had sent emails to fellow workers with instructions on how to fill out forms, and had used a combination of bold, red and all caps fonts.
