I guess Microsoft is back peddling and doing some damage control after their marketing blunder. On Microsoft's web site you can find this advertisement:

Yet for some reason in the Polish Microsoft site they had this photo - clearly photoshopped:

So is it that the polish have something against blacks? If that is the case then they should have just hired a local photographer to photograph a Polish business meeting. Yeah poor taste and well now that they were BUSTED they are backtracking.
On Microsoft's twitter page it states this:
"Marketing site photo mistake - sincere apologies - we're in the process of taking down the image"
So what do you think? Is this poor taste or do you understand that Microsoft is a company trying to sell their products and if it means switching out a model (even if done by photoshop) then its understandable?
Yeah I agree which is why I asked that at the end. I also do agree it was in poor taste. I mean if your selling to that country then why not use models from that country? I guess it would be like selling a product here and using models that all had a very strong European look - it would just be off.

Single & Not Looking
I understand them. They were directing the campaign towards the Polish, their country is 97% white, it only makes sense to me that they would switch the black person out. Maybe not in the best taste I'll admit, but no need for people to be up in arms about it
