Saw this piece of news today and thought it was pretty cool!
Attention book-readers: Kindle has an iPhone app that lets you do a lot of what you can do with a Kindle
, without the Kindle
. Also, Amazon says that a Kindle
Blackberry App is on the way as well! (yay!) So if you don't have access to a Kindle
or the 300-some odd dollars that it costs, have no fear!
Now, if you have a Kindle already but forget it on a trip- you can access your Kindle
books using their Whispersync technology (and you won't have to pay extra since you already paid for the ebooks once).
You can learn more about the details here. You can also read an opinion article comparing the Kindle 2 to the iPhone Kindle
app here.
I still prefer the real deal (real books) and go through about three to seven a week, but if they do come out with the Blackberry Kindle App i think i may have to give it a try!
Download the iPhone Kindle App for free here.
ok, i got the app, now i need the iphone,
or ipod touch. Have you been a good boy - santa is coming. Oh wait you haven't been (sorry I couldn't help myself). Don't worry I was bad too this year.
we all have been, just some more than others.

That is cool but I can only imagine how small the type probably is. Iphones and ipods are not that large, 5 min in you would probably have a headache.
