Sooo, for GeekDrop it's considered a part of my job to basically join anything and everything website-wise in order to find what's the best stuff to bring to you, the visitors and members, among other things. One unfortunate side effect of this is the sheer amount of spam that can clog up my inbox, some of which can really make you scratch your head in disbelief.
Case in point: I sit here today, as an athletically-built 41 year old, white male, capable of still reeling in 20-something year old hotties ... not to toot my own horn or anything ... ... so today I received some Hi5 (who?) spam that according to it's own proprietary matching algorithms, thought that my dating preferences of choice were generally obese, black women?

hahaha! Awhile ago I posted the above article on some Hi-5 spam I kept getting. Today I got an email through our contact form, written in Bulgarian(?), from one of the chicks in the pic, pissed off!
I don't speak any other language than English, and even that is sketchy, but from what I can put together she's trying to say that all she did was register to Hi-5, but didn't agree to having her picture subsequently send in their spam campaigns making it seem as if she's interested in meeting me, or anyone else the spam was randomly sent to for that matter, and she's less than thrilled about it; and to be honest, I don't blame her, so I went ahead and blurred out her face in the original picture as well as any personal info in the correspondence. However, it goes to show these friggin social networks, and the people who register on them, that they should be cautious about using these lame tactics to generate a community. After all, 3/4 of my life has been dedicated to eating healthy, working out hard, and raising my standards; so why would they even think to assume I'd even remotely be interested in 350lb. black women?
