Short of trying to convince her to meet him at a busy public place, set up an exit plan with her when/if she needs it, and follow her ... what else can you really do if she denys seeing the red flags you are?
How did you determine it to be a fake profile? It'll take a long time for Facebook to remove the profile, but it might help to post it here and have all your friends report it too. I'd also see if she'll let you go with for that first meeting.

I wanna help you out, really. Thing is, you failed to provide any details that might be helpful. Like how you knew it was a fake Facebook profile, if they just met through facebook, if the picture was the fake one or the name, stuff like that. Since you said that he created a fake profile, I cannot suggest you to check here because I'm feeling the name is fake either. What you can do I guess is to do your very best of convincing your friend not to bite the bait. Have her watch the movie "TRUST", that is totally a mind opener flick.
Have you guys seen it? Everyone should watch it especially now that everything is digital. Safety should always be on top, I suggest parents have their teens watch it too. I'm pretty sure they''ll be very cautious after seeing it.

Did you try googling the person and see if they have been reported by someone else as a scam? Also, will she allow someone to go with to meet this person. Sometimes that can deter a predator.
