well, if you didn't know what a proxy site is, like your title ask's, places like HideMyAss are an example of a proxy that will usually let you visit websites when your own IP Address or country is blocked. Be aware though that they tend to be very SLOW and how well they work can vary from not at all to "pretty good", usually falling somewhere in the middle. A VPN (Virtual Private Network) is a much more reliable way to access blocked websites these days, and are generally very cheap and affordable - a few dollars a month or so. They're also very easy to use, you just install their program, and choose "connect" and you're on with a brand new IP Address. I'd recommend a VPN over a free proxy site any day of the week. Smile
