So I'm surfing the web and end up on Holy Taco and for some reason I found it quite amusing. I'm curious to what your take is on this. If your a guy do you fit into the stereotypical description or ladies does your partner fit into it?
So right now it's a moot point because they're all out (of the vaccine) unless we travel 40 miles with no guarantee that we will be able to get it. But "more will be coming soon!"
Well lets face it insurance companies are always looking for reasons to cut folks. Its getting to the point that unless your healthy they don't want you. OK I admit I can understand some, I mean the insurance is a business. However when is it going to far? Recently a couple were told that their 4 month old baby would not be covered because of "obesity". This is a baby that ranks in the 99% (not only for weight but height) so the insurance company Rocky Mountain Health Plans t
Well for years the US Military has had the policy of "Don't ask don't tell" policy. Basically if you are gay that if fine but don't talk about it, your sexual preference is your so keep it quiet. Now President Obama would like to end the don't ask don't tell and allow gays to be open in the Military.
Now I'm all for being healthy but now days you look at the girls in the advertisements and they look like they are either anorexic or the photo has been airbrushed. Well I think alot of people are saying enough is enough. Ralph Lauren came out with a new ad and its striking some controversy. Its been reported that the photo is photoshopped by some sites but I'll leave that up to you to decided.
WOW! I think one would want to be a little crazy to eat this, seriously, 1500 calories??? I guess it looks kinda yummy but I'm not one for mixing sweet and salty together. It gives new meaning to a heart attack on a bun donut
Talk about a heart-stopper.
So here is the latest PSA (Public Service Announcement) that was put on by boobyball. Do you think it crosses the line?
Is it any worse then some of the T-shirts that are out there (and I've seen on the street)?
Wow! I just found out today that my HMO health insurance plan will reimburse me $200 for joining (and utilizing) a gym. They also have other things, like getting $50 a year towards a massage, acupuncture discounts, weight watchers, kids gymnastics/sports classes, etc. Really a wide array of things going on.
So I'm sitting here watching TV and there really isn't much on and I find some cooking show. They have these 4 chefs on it and they are going against each other to see who can cook the best dinner for 4 under $25.00. They are making it out to be this whole big deal about how hard it is. All I can thinks is really, I do it almost every night. I'm not really trying to keep it under $25. but I just do.
