Anyone ever use one of those? I saw a Dr. demonstrating and recommending it on some show ... Oprah maybe, can't remember, so I got one. I know it's kinda hippie-ish, but can't hurt to try it, .
Never realized I was gonna need to do a calisthenics routine afterwards though. No wonder it's so good for ya.
So do you know what your drinking? Sometimes you don't really stop to think about that drink your drinking as maybe the reason your packing on a few extra pounds but it may be. Men's Health Magazine did a story on it and here is what they found:
Snapple Tropical Mango Antioxidant Water (20-ounce bottle)
So I got this email and I thought really so I went and investigated:

![]() Do-It-Yourself Plastic SurgeryThu, 07/23/2009 - 10:57am — SmartmomOk I understand times are tough but you have to wonder what would make a person turn to Do-It-Yourself Plastic Surgery. Well according to the news its happening quite a bit. I'm going to tell you I really don't understand this one. I have nothing against plastic surgery, in fact I could give you the name of a great plastic surgeon in Palm Beach (that I have used). I could never in a million years think of any do-it-yourself procedures. Inside Edition did a story on it: | 1 vote

According to a study published in Mens Health magazine, I would not wanna be living in Philly right about now. It's hard to tell what will kill you first ... the sports fans, the escaped prisoners living right in the heart of the city for which they have an ever circling police chopper with a spotlight on patrol, or the food. And who would've thought New York, NY would be way up at #8?? Check out where your city ranks, and see if maybe it's not time to head to Utah instead. | 1 vote
