I've seen Orly's mob manager which rocks. I left him a comment to try and help him get the dynamics down as far as adding new stuff on the fly.
I had a Windows client for a utility device, and the whole thing was dynamically rendered. If a new command for their device came out, so long as it lived in an XML file, I could get it into the correct tab, have it saved, etc. So it sparked a thought.
What if I took Orly's tool, made it windows based? :-) I have an old version or something like it with the formulae on it. So I can do some middleware there, clone some other stuff from that other project with all the tabs, dynmically render it at run time...boom.
I made #9 or so for NC for made men for the week in recruiting (whos asking is the name). I got a few hundred adds today alone from sumob, plus I got my spuko thingy thang going. It helps. I just did 5 exo missions toward platinum status. I got my swiss bank in 2-3 days. I also got my experimental exo the other day. I just bought 5 airports not long ago. I got 870 or is it 880 million an hour on there?
Anyways, I got plans. I ran out of requests for the day for sumob via myspace on that account. I've done the math, and I need like...27000 or so new mobsters total to do what I really want-or at least one phase. Well, it can be done in time. I don't expect to do it all in one shot but with time. I'm getting there and architecting some premium grade whoop arse like I do my code.
So you know it's gonna be lean, mean and arse kicking when it's all done and said. So far, so good. Sumob has helped totally. I was blown away. I've gone from just under 1700 mobsters as of Friday AM, and I am pushing 2500 between spuko and sumob. I got I don't know how many pages of peeps waiting to accept. I got energy coming in at the moment so fast, I can barely keep up with it at times. .
I've been playing for 367 days now, and it's all starting to pay off. I'm not quite where I want to be, but I'm gettting there for sure. :-)

I think all together, I've got 5000 fights total, and I'm at level 412 on my main account. I made it to #3 for the weekend of the 4th for the state. :-)
For some reason though, I don't know what it is. It's like I can't win a fight for nothing. Then again, I am always being matched with people who outnumber me, and what's worse is they have squat! It's like after I got my 2 bandits, poof. Then again, sometimes these things come in cycles. The exo's as they are being added seem to do little, but they do help some.
It's like I can go on these runs where I just give everyone a good Jersey style beat down. Then lately, I get creamated continually. It's not like I don't have anything to fight with. It's just one of those things. I am up to 2700 mobsters atm. That number is rising, and I got gobs of invites awaiting, and I'll get some more adds I'm sure.
I hear ya on leveling up. That's what I told people early on to ease up so they can build the money. Now, because I am so high, I can't even attack some of the people I've use to before as they're in my mob now. .
Once I get things straight-which they're getting more to where and how I want them to be, it should be really interesting as I'll have a very solid outfit. ;-) I'll also be making some serious money. I am waiting for enough for 5 more helipads. At leaSt now I can buy 5 at a time if I wait vs. 1 at a time. So the income is building to where when the time comes for me to get 10 of a kind, I'll have a load of cash left for other stuff. I'm sitting at 880 now-and rising. :-)

Most fights I win because I have the best of everything. The ones I have lost is ppl waiting till they are way above me and then they do the rivalry list (like if I had beat them once). I have to really piss someone off to hitlist me because I'm not cheap
Place Bounty on "smarty mom" (Minimum of $5,345,420,000)
You know the trick with the bounty right - its there hourly earnings plus a extra 0 at the end.
Quit your bragging...I'll be at 9B soon for my bounty as I am just shy of 900M an hour. Hollah!
I figured out my issue though. I looked at my spread sheet wrong, and I was short 2 vehicles that I didn't realize. Ooops. As soon as I figured that out, poof! I can win most of the time now. I just bought a few more vehicles that I was short on and didn't realize it.
So after that, problem solved. I was wondering what was wrong. I just was looking at the wrong column.
Here is something else I learned on bounties. Some of these people with really high bounties might not have the income you think. Once you kiss 10,000 wins, your bounty goes up on top of whatever your 10x the income is. I got that from Orly's sheet. So say you make 500M/hr. If you've won 15,000 fights, you're bounty is going to be a lot higher. So don't pay attention to the bounty. Pay attention to the income itself.
You can have a really high bounty due to the fights, and you have squat for income in comparison. So your top mob max worth is still a fraction of your income while your bounty is a lot higher. I figured that out. So when you get these energy beggars with their 15B bounty and you learn their top worth sucks, that's why.
In the mean time...I got some C# stuff going for mobsters for my own manager. I got a few DLL's working, and just framing up some interfaces based on what I see and know of Orly's sheet. I can make the thing dynamic, and yes...it's all OOP and will use a layered/tiered architecture complete with a presentation tier, XML tier for certain things, and a business layer.
I'm going to see about making this whole thing dynamic, and I just might publish the documentation for the API so that if someone wants to do their own thing, they can implement the interfaces. I still have to frame up my custom exception handlers and all that other crap. For now, it's just interfaces for middleware in C#. I'll do my front end with VB. :-)

REALLY???? Ok that is a new one on me. I'm just short 2k in wins to hit that mark. My level is low enought that I think I can do that so now I have the need to go kick some booty. Thanks Joe for the tip and I will let you know about it.
That's why with some people, they have a high bounty, and their top worth is squat. I suspect pending the level you're on, that has something to do with it too.
However, that's what I got from Orly's sheet when I tinkered with the numbers. As your fights won go past that, your bounty goes up accordingly. It has an exponetial/parabolic curve to it after 10,000 wins. That's why when people tell me about their bounty, I laugh. Tell me about your gross hourly income. The bounty means nothing to me.

I'm glad sumob is working out for you. Yeah its a great mobster site for sure. I need to start tossing on a few of my other profiles to build up their mobs. I'm doing pretty good on my main profile now. I 'm holding back on leveling as I'm trying to build my hourly income up. I'm currently at a little over $534 million a hour. My main profile is less then a year old (like 9 months). I lost my original profile last year - long story (broke myspace TOS rules -
) and I was playing mobsters on that profile so its toast
and I had to start from scratch. Currently I'm only at level 67 but like I said I'm not leveling fast at all. I figure around Sept I'll go over a 100+ then at that point I'll have enough built up to get a few hundred tanks at once.
at that point I'll have to be committing suicide alot to stay at a low level. I have access to over 1k in police badges so I'll just punch myself to death a few hundred time. I know it will totally mess up my stats some but oh well its the price of staying at a low level. Right now my stats are pretty kick azz

every death I have was due to being hitlisted -
