the great thing with that is that you can simply uninstall and then download the anti-virus again. no need to dish out any money to keep your pc's safe.
This doesn't work, or at least not anymore. I just downloaded the trial version of AVG Anti-Virus and it knew that I had already done that before, so it wouldn't allow me to install it again. I was however able to download the AVG
Internet Security one which is free for the next 30 days. After that expires I'll be hunting again.
NOD32 has a 30 day trial. Try dumping your cookies and cache after you uninstall and see if it remembers you
i'm just wondering, and i may be confused and way off but, are you only ever downloading trial versions? maybe it's the same as http://free.AVG.com/download-AVG
-anti-virus-free-edition but, that's the link i've used to download, and 30 days came and went months ago, and it didn't expire...haven't had to reinstall and it's still active....
edit- tried to hyper link but it's acting weird. so copy and paste to take a look. sorry.
Yeah it was the trial version that I downloaded, the URL above is the free version. For some reason when I go to the AVG page I couldn't find the free version (or maybe I just wasn't looking correctly). I'll download that one after the trial version expires this time. Thanks.
Single & Not Looking
The free version is only a 30 day trial, every version I have downloaded expires after that.
