Is there any way to view who has down voted your question or comment on StackOverflow? I asked a normal question and got a couple of anonymous negative votes. I'd like to find out who they are and return the favor.

Yes! Even though Stack Overflow is like the rest of the internet, having a bunch of idiots doing stupid things like down voting a good question for some dumb reason, I would imagine that if everyone on Stack Overflow could see who gave them a negative vote, the entire voting system would be ruined due to a crazy amount of revenge voting. Sorry Olive! 
Just like Facebook where you're not allowed to Dislike statuses or comments. I guess it helps to keep things relatively civil

I agree, it would be nice to be able to see who down-voted but as far as I know it's not possible, for the exact reason you mentioned, revenge voting.
