Hi --I need help. I am doing my addresses for Christmas cards using Works Microsoft Processor. I select the font, color and size for one address. When I do the next one, I have to do the selecting again or it goes back to whatever the PC has. Gets a little tiresome changing it for each address. How to I keep the selections I have made?
Thanks for any help.
Open your file that has all your label names on it.
At the top of your application you will see the word "edit". Click edit and choose "select all".
Make your font, color and size change. All highlighted will then change, not just one label.
If you are happy with the changes click file "Save as" and give it a unique name so everytime you want it you just launch that file name.

You can save your font style as a Template, and then any time you want to use that font style, either start with that template or set Works to use that template automatically as your default template.
Try this:
To have Microsoft Works always use this template, check the box that says "Use this template for new word processor documents"
If you don't check that box, Works will still always revert to it's usual font style, but you can manually open the template file that you just saved to use the font style that you just setup
Hope that helps, if you run into any problems with it, just let us know.
