I hate dieting. I'm miserable ALL THE TIME. I'm that girl who eats everything she shouldn't and normally doesnt' gain an ounce. Apparently something went awry the past few months. I shouldn't complain because in reality I prob deserve to gain 100 lbs with the diet I keep. And let's not get it twisted I'm still not eating healthy... just healthier.
I did eat 1/2 a pizza by myself the other nite. *shrug* Was yummy.

I hear ya CK, I'm the same, I actually don't believe in diets really, I can become rigid with the food when I need to, so now I NEED to, so as of tomorrow I'm quitin' eatin' for a week or so anyway..

No lol'n here bro, I mix it up with free weights and machines too.
I like to add fun type cardio in too, so it doesn't seem like I'm actually working out. I do a lot of bike riding around town and the trails for at least an hour, usually longer. And alot of rope jumping to Pantera.
