Where Can I Download the Latest x265_ML.exe? - SOLVED

Hi everyone. I'm looking for a website that always has the latest version of the x265_ml.exe video encoder, to download? The pre-compiled Windows binary. I've searched high and low and am just having NO luck, so I came to you gurus for assistance. Big Grin

Windows Live Movie Maker preview video is all black? Only sound.

When I import videos into Windows Live Movie Maker the video preview screen is all black, all I get when I press the play button is the audio sounds. Any suggestion plz?

How can I edit videos & re-save them in VirtualDub without having to re-encode it everytime?

Can someone help me with editing videos without having to do a whole re-encode?

I have some DIVX & XViD avi videos, some of them have VBR audio in them
I use Full Processing Mode for video like the help file and other forums have said to use
I want to use VirtualDub & cut out some of the video that I don't want, + to also shrink the file size some
