How to Compress In-Game Movies Created With FRAPS

If anyone else out there is like me and likes to use FRAPS to record their in game footage while playing their favorite games then you will know that the video you get from recording can get quite large and make it hard to do anything with those files other than view them on your own computer.

So I decided to put up a small tutorial on how to compress these files into something a bit more managable.

How do you stack fences and hay bails and create stairs on farmville?

I was wondering, I have seen it on other peoples farms and it looks like a great way to create space and earn extra xp .. how do you stack items like hay bales and other stuff?

After a long wait, it was finally released yesterday. Son o'mine is one happy camper right now, he got the Prestige Edition (from his own money, not mine) which includes the night goggles, but for $150.00 it would want to include something as nifty as these. He absolutely loves it, so much so, that I might give it a shot myself, and I'm really not a big gamer, but this looks really promising.

With the Holidays around the corner I wanted to make sure I posted this in hopes that parents don't run into the mess that I ran into last year. If you buy a game that is a "Steam" or Value Game" then you need to FIRST be aware of what will interfere with the game what programs will.

So first how can you tell you if the game you have is a "steam" or "Value Game"? Well read the game. I ran into the issue when I got my son "Left4Dead" (the PC version) - here is how you can tell its a game that is going to give you a issue:

Are you a gamer? A hard core gamer? If you are at what point would you play or would you walk away from this game. There is a new game out by Zach Gage that is called Lose/Lose. The game is simply playing Russian roulette with your Mac computer - yep its a Mac game. When you play if you kill a alien you will PERMANENTLY delete a random file on your computer.

I just stumbled accross this and found it interesting. apperently with the proper drivers and hardware you can play your games in full 3d! I think I have everything I would need (minus the glasses) except for my display. I'm still using an older dell 20inc wide screen lcd wich I don't think has 120 refresh rate. I'll have to check. Warning For Xbox 360 Users

If your a XBOX 360 user you need to really read this warning. Next week comes out a new update by Microsoft for the XBOX 360. This update had lots of new great features but it also contains one that could wipe your memory saved from any saved game or and possibly your profile. So what am I taking about well its about those memory units you buy. If you are using a "unofficial" memory unit when the next update comes along it will be dead in the water. Your XBOX will no longer be able to read the data.
