I picker other....none of those things ever seem to work for me. I lay awake for hours b/c my mind races and I can't shut it off. I wish I could so bad!
I don't have a sleeping problem, but IF there is an occasional night where I'm having difficulty, I'll just lay there trying to get comfy and I'll eventually drift off
a woman after my own heart! sounds like most of my sleepless nights. throw in some music and it's EXACTLY my sleepless nights. (uhh which means almost every night as i NEVER sleep.)

a few weeks ago i saw the pilot episode. i was hoping for an in order marathon but it didnt happen. shocking....i know...
