Nope, but mine was nearly identical. That one is broken slightly higher than mine. Mine broke right under the "belly" of the bicep on my right arm. I'm right handed too, so that kinda was the suck.
Guess I had to be symmetrical, since I broke my left arm when I was younger. Not to mention, a broken nose (fighting), cracked a rib (fighting), popped tendon in my hand (fighting), kidney stones (training), shinsplints (training), tendonitis in my right elbow (football), back spasms (weightlifting), ruptured disk in my upper back (weightlifting), and a whole plethora of other injuries ... but who's whining?? 
Wow! all that, and all it would take to bring you down and steal a million dollars from you would be Parvati

Hellz yea I would send in my app to it! They give ya free chickens to catch n kill, and ya get to live on an island paradise, with bikini clad chickadee's who look like Parvati, maybe drop a few pounds, play some fun games, and win some phat loots, how could I pass it up? 
yes i do actually i dont know what the big deal is about this girl, and i hate to say it StaRDoGG that while i think you would have a really good chance of being in the final 2 based on your physical abilities and strengths somehow i couldnt see you making it that far because OBVIOUSLY the Parvati's of the world would be your downfall it dont matter what you say to the contrary
