Ever want to send someone a youtube video link where you only want them to see a specific part and not the whole thing?
Here's how:
Add the following hash to the end of the link: "#t=1m20s" where "m" = the minutes and "s" = the seconds.
For example heres a video that is 1 minute and 45 seconds long, I only want to show the part that begins at 1 minute and 19 seconds till the end.
Full video link looks like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p7jEVkbyBd4
Video link set to start at 1 minute and 19 seconds in, looks like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p7jEVkbyBd4#t=1m19s
(Please note, this does not work when using the youtube video link button here on GeekDrop)
This is awesome, I have sent a video to someone before and had to explain the part or parts I wanted them to see, this makes it easy, thanks!
Nice! I'll have to give this a try. Thanks for the tip!
There's a website where you can add a custom message if you want, like "Share the favorite moment within a Youtube video" http:videoblast.it
That site looks like it no longer exists.

Oh that is a cool little trick. I know there is a lot of times you only want to see a certain spot and your forced to scroll it forward and wait till the loading has finished. This makes it really easy to do.
