Hey I need your help. I'm looking for a phone for my 10 year old daughter to replace my motorola razor (T-Mobile). I want to check for used ones. She wants the phone to have a sliding keypad. So how do I know if a phone is compatible with my current sim card? I don't want a smart phone! She will not be having internet. It is strictly a phone for her to take to school on days when she stays after for activities.
Thanks a Bunch, Katie

I'm not too sure about Tmobile since I've never had it myself, but from what I remember being told by my ex-gf who was a Tmobile girl, all phones on Tmobile use sim cards. I'm 99.9% sure all sim cards are the same no matter which phone you get though. The idea behind those sim cards is if you lose you phone you'll be able to just pop it right into any other phone that has a sim card slot and boom, it'll automatically recognize your phone number, use the stored contacts, etc.
The newer Verizon phones are also using SIM cards; my HTC Thunderbolt has a SIM card.
