Good Morning all

Well another day in paradise. Its nice and sunny out and high of 77 degrees today (or so they say). Yesterday was really nice. I had a factory rep fly in so meetings most of the day then last night dinner at a really good seafood restaurant. It was kinda like the Ruth Chris of seafood and oh so yummy! More meetings today so I'm out the door in a few. The only downside was I came home to kids and hubby fighting - ugh

I'm on my count down - 2 more days till Spring Break!

Hi all
As some of you might have noticed I have not been around for a few days.
What a few days it was. Hectic busy and also some other "fun"

Last Saterday when I woke up I had this "post nasel drip" I immediatly started to take meds for it but
by late afternoon the sore throught & constant "barking" started. I continued with meds but on Monday
morning I had enough and went to the docter just to leave there with a bag full of new meds.
With the hope of feeling beter soon I started to take the meds but it was not untill this morning I started to feel beter.
I don't compete with my dogs who can bark the most anymore It's only one or two "attacks" per hour now.

Oh to top it all up I spend the whole Tuesday at the hospital with my wife. She had Carpal tunnel release operation on both her hands done. Believe me she has no fun without the use of her two hands so the kiddo and myself needs to help where we can. Amazing how much we depend on the use of our hands and how much we do not appreciate it.

Luckily I am off for the week so I can recover from my sickness and help the wife but I can assure you we don't have fan between the two of us.

Good Morning all!

Well I'm getting ready to head over to my moms house for breakfast. My parents are also on vacation and they have the house next door to us so we take turns cooking. Well I woke this morning to see all over the local news that 8 tornadoes his western NC. I'm in Western NC but they didn't hit near me, Im in Beech Mt., NC. Well yesterday was nasty and today doesn't look much better but I think we are headed into town (45 min away). Bad weather or not we are still enjoying our vacation.

Ok moms, you will appreciate this one. I had this totally weird dream last night, I dreamt that I was with my mom and we were walking through this park in the city. I saw 2 ducks, they were kinda big ducks, so as we walked by them I made this duck noise as I looked at them, so the male duck starting chasing me, so I dropped my pocket book on the ground and he grabbed it and swooped it up into the air, flew on top of a huge building and left it there, I was P$#%^ED!!! When I woke up I felt oh so relieved, the thoughts of losing my wallet and make up bag was killing me
