Disable multiple monitors for certain programs?

During games like SWTOR I often accidentally click just past the edge of the screen when I don't want to, and it minimizes the game on my main monitor, making me click it in the taskbar to bring it up again and wait for it to load. Is there some way to disable the second monitor for certain programs? Like, only for SWTOR, have the game think that there's only 1 monitor instead of 2, so even if I click outside of the window frame it won't do anything?

I use an excellent multi-monitor program called Actual Multiple Monitors. It has a hotkey that will "Lock Mouse", so that the mouse cursor won't go outside of the window frame of the program you're using. I use it all the time when I play games, including SWTOR.
