CSS Help - My Browser isn't showing my new changes?

I was hoping someone here could help me out - I'm working on a website that uses xHTML and CSS style sheets, and anytime I make any changes to my stylesheet and press the Reload button on my browsers (Opera and Firefox) I'm not seeing the changes I made? Any help most appreciated!

Be sure that you're not reloading from your browser cache, which happens sometimes even when clicking your Reload / Refresh button. An easy shortcut instead of clicking the button is to press Ctrl+R (Command+R on a Mac) instead. Have a peep over here too for more.
