Explanation of this thread:
If you are planning on writing up a nice post for GeekDrop, but you know it'll take some time to write, and perfect, and you want to be sure someone doesn't accidently make a post about the same subject before you get the chance to finish it, (it's bound to happen a lot), this is the place to earmark it.
So for example, you plan on making a nice post about how to use a certain feature here, or a tutorial on torrents, or how to shave your nether regions properly, and you want to add screenshots, arrows, all that good stuff, but someone might jump in unknowingly, but with good intentions, beforehand and make a post about it, just make a post in this thread saying you are planning on making one, and that way others will know.
As a side note: (and a reminder to myself) in the near future I may move this out to the public forums for any member to read and use. Possibly offer up something like points per submission, or a badge(s) ... something. Could help add some very nice content to GD.

I'm still working on this. I'm about half way through it, probably need another week or so.
I'm going to go though this later and clean it up. Alot of the write-ups have been done so no need to keep them here. I also see few write-ups called like a month ago. What are the status on those? I would love to see the write ups done but if you ran out of time then I think someone else should have the opportunity to write it up either that or quote yourself and let us know the status on it.
The site is DEAD today. Generally I post 2 or 3 threads a day to keep it going though the day but I've been busy today. I would love to see more get active and post so anyone having some time post. There are many different sites to get content ideas from. We have had one comment today - one (and by a new member), pretty sad. In order for the site to grow it needs to be active.
So FYI later today I'm going to clean this thread up. So call it or recall it if its real old or its gone, I think this thread needs to be kept clean so that we can find what others are really working on so that there is no confusion.
I'm doing one on how to sell on ebay (how to list a item). I have all the screen shots done I just need to do the write up and I plan on it in the next few days.
