My computer keeps waking up randomly and it's drinving me crazy when I'm watching TV late at night and the monitor comes on lighting up the entire room
Is there a way to see what's waking my computer from sleep?
(You may have to run it as Administrator, I forget off the top of my head). That'll list the last device(s) that woke your puter from sleep mode.
Also, if you want to see a list of all the devices on your computer with the ability to wake it from sleep mode, run this command: powercfg -devicequery wake_armed
Shhh.. dont tell anyone, but we also have a private forum area with the really good stuff, see?

Easy peasy.
Open a command-line window and type: powercfg lastwake
(You may have to run it as Administrator, I forget off the top of my head). That'll list the last device(s) that woke your puter from sleep mode.
