What is a good file recovery Program ?
Pictures got deleted and I want to get them back !

I'm not sure it this matters but I'll ask is it on your HD or are they on a memory stick or removed from your cell phone?

Hopefully some will have some recommendations. If they do or you find one on your own let us know how it worked out. Smile

the files wher on my hard drive but If I can learn to recover stuff from my SD cards that would be cool too !

Assuming Windows I would start with Recuva.

It's free and can recover from your hard drive or the card. It has a deep scan function that I realy like.
Also there's Pc Inspector. Also free and works really well.

The main thing to remember is that the file is still there just not visible. When you take new pictures or install new software to that drive you are writing over the lost data making harder or impossible to recover.
