Not too many people talk about there web browsers of why they are good so I figured I would do a forum dedicated to the software we use the most web browsers !
I'm going to list the most popular one and my opinions of them at the very bottomis a link to a list of even more!
Firefox - www.mozilla.com/firefox
Firefox has been my favorite ever since using it ! People know that its security features are probably the best plus they have add adds and support ! Using Firefox to load IE sites sometime requires an IE add on which you can find here
Flock - http://flock.com
Flock is a cousin to Firefox it uses the same add ons as Firefox too ! The new flock has some neat features also which help your social networking experiance ! Also flock has a check email button that is integrated into it ! I would have to say that flock is a must TRY for people who have twitter, facebook & myspace ! It does also have some feature that Safari has !

Now Safari is a great browser but I really have no need to use it and I still love Firefox !
Opera - www.opera.com
Opera was the first NON-IE browser I ever used ! Some people like Opera I has some OK features I like the speed dial, but now you can get speed dial for Firefox so there is no need for Opera in my opinion !

Avant Browser is a cousin of IE and is suppossed to be a better version of IE, I have never used Avant but you can reseach it yourself at download.com
Google Chrome - http://www.google.com/chrome
Google Chrome is one of the Fastest Browsers I have ever used. If you are into fast things without all the bells and whistles this browser is for you ! I can load up Firefox Then load and search on chrome before Firefox is even done loading up ! Google is probably going to be the most powerful company in the US and maybe the world in not too long !

Now this Browser is AOL Idea of recreating IE , very few people still have it and it is no longer being supported I do suggest you goto the website and see why yourself !
Note: I'm Against using anything made or endorsed by AOL and think AOL is the biggest rip off company on the market - My Personal Opinion !

I forgot to mention anything about Mini Browsers ! But they have five that are common here, Opera Mini is the most popular it seems ! I have never used any since I don't personally have a cell phone that has internet !
Awesome post Jayson. I also use Firefox but Flock seems like it'd be pretty great too. I think I'll give it a try.
Great info Jayson. I use Firefox, although I have an issue with it, but haven't gotten around to getting that worked out yet, and Safari on the mac I have which I am thinking of using Firefox on. I also use IE for some sites that don't seem to work with Firefox. I did try out Opera and have to say it was not bad and I did like the torrent program that came in Opera, worked great when I had it.
Awww. RIP Netspace I used to use that all the time when I was like 14 or 15.
Anyway, I use FF and IE for the websites that don't support FF, like my stuff for school. I have Chrome here at work because it's super fast for researching on Google, which I do quite a lot.
I'm thinking of switching to Google Chrome but I won't do it unless I can find something for Chrome that does what Adblock does. Any suggestions?
I don't think Chrome is customizable like that unfortunately. It's not a browser I recommend switching to but it definitely is handy to have...

yep same reason I wont switch. I love being basically add free and I feel safer on the net with it. I dunno plus I love my other addons.

I use Firefox 99.9% of the time. The other 1% is when I have to use IE becuase the site I'm on will not work in Firefox (like Humana does not work in Firefox - idiots). For my blackberry I use mini opera and I like that alot. I like it better then blackberrys browser.
