unblocking users

does anyone know how to unblock a user on ms when they're not on your blocked users list to begin with? i've tried contacting one of my friends and it says that i have the person blocked. yet, i don't have them blocked. are they blocking me instead? thanks!

I just tested it out and that seems to be the case. Your friend has blocked you. Perhaps they blocked you by mistake. Either way, try to find another way to contact them.
