This is like the Spanish Facebook, very similar....and also Very popular. The name of the site i believe is a play on "tu gente" (your people), but i may just be making that up 
Tuenti was the most popular search engine term of 2009 so far following only "Michael Jackson" and "Facebook."

To spice up my life 
i have begun using it as of yesterday afternoon (i got an invite a looong time ago from a Spanish friend) and making friends on there, exchanging hello messages about mundane things like the weather,etc but it feels so nice to use my Spanish again, keep it fresh, and to talk with the locals of where i was.
It also is fun to talk with them because they think blonde hair and "light eyes" (mine are hazel but i guess that's light to them) are exotic 
it "rubia guapa!!"

Lesse here .. according to the demographics, it's predominately male, between 25-34 (grown men), who are dirt poor, have less than a high school diploma, and speak Spanish. I think I'll be taking a pass on this one. Back to Stickam for me!

but when i got accepted and looked at their profile, found out each of them is gay. 
i can teach you a thing or two about the cost of living over there, their culture, the number of high schoolers on there, and the exchange rate from the euro to the dollar. All which would make this all more understandable. But i don't understand how speaking spanish is a strike against them? they live in spain.But in fact i'm talking to a few really nice guys on there who have very good jobs--not that i'm jetting off to spain anytime soon. just for my entertainment purposes
