I thought I would do this post only to maybe get a jump on what will probably jump start the rumor mills.
As most of you know the past 6 months my life has kinda been crazy busy. In the past 6 months I have launched 4 websites (funny photo blog ones) and that has kept me quite busy. I had no idea when I launched my first one that it would take off the way that it has. Needless to say that has taken up just about all of my free time and what I have left I have spent with my family and my children. So with that said I do feel at this time it would be best for me to step down as a moderator on Geekdrop. This does not change my love for geekdrop and wishing the continued success that it has had. Stardogg does a awesome job running the site and working hard behind scenes to keep the site running smoothly. Missb has also been not only a great friend but fun to work with. I do not have any intention of leaving the site just taking a less active roll in the day to day dealings with the site, because of that I did not feel it was right to remain as a moderator. This decision was 100% my decision so before any gossip starts please note that. I would encourage our members to still continue posting and keeping this site active and the great site that it is.
Please don't shoot me any messages asking if I am leaving to go to another site because the answer is NO, geekdrop is still my home geek site.

So whos going to be moderator? besides stardogg ? I wish I could but in the same boat as you life is crazy Busy , Not Crazy just e xtreemely BUSY busy ! Can't stress how busy 7 days a week working, building website fixing iPhones, and fixes computer busy busy busy . And trying to keep up with my home business stuff is on the back burner now just collecting the residual income ONLY on them cause I cant prospect anyone new because I dont have time to !
Its crazy how computer biz , blasted out so quickly I cant keep! Mostly broken iPhone you would not believe how many people break their iPhones Or ,maybe you would cause you can see some post of things people did ! I love fixing iPhones .
Oh By The Way looking to get a 32gb 3GS iPhone and maybe do a part trade on a 3G ! so if you have a 32gb 3GS let me know (maybe even a 16gb) my 8gb is full need more space !
Oh by the way I may not be able to post for a bit to respond so if you message me give me time to respond maybe a week or two !

Evil Monkey & I are moderators. I'm going to be implementing a brand new system for GD soon, and have some awesome stuff already in the works, and right over the horizon. Things will only be getting much better from here on. I'm pretty stoked about it all.

WOW! SM!! I make my first post at the site FINALLY only to find (on this same date) that you are stepping down as the Moderator . . . just my luck I guess . . .
I know that you are busy and am glad that we have gotten to be friends over the past 5+ years (hard to believe its actually been that long). How ironic is this? Like we first met a few days after you left INDY and have never returned since!
You are a great contributor and I am sure this was a difficult decision for you . . . I have been so very happy to hear all about your new ventures and bid you the very best of luck with them . . .

Now we can post freely without worrying about sm coming along and picking apart everyones posts and dictating how she thinks a thread should be swayed. More people will start posting now cause we now feel more comfortable. Not dissin-just sayin.

Firstly , So, this is not a "good bye" message but a "thank you" message because we know you will still be around
in just a less active way. I am not as eloquent with words as some of our fellow members but I just felt I have to say something
I just want to say a great thanks to you for all the effort you have put into make this site what it is today. I am sure the decision to step down as moderator was not taken lightly.
It is always sorry to see a successful person stepping down from what they are so good at but at the same time we also understand and accept that people's priorities change and that they need to make changes to what they think/believe is best for themselves and their future.
I want to wish you even more success with the new ventures then what you are already experiencing.
I also hope that you will occasionally find the time to post some of the great posting you have done in the past. We will miss them greatly
