Ok I think we have all seen some pretty stupid tech toys over time. Some made us laugh and some well they make you think were they on when they came up with this. Here is one of those in my opinion ":wtf: were they thinking". Meet the USB powered chainsaw - the iSaw.
Ok so I never knew there was a need to power ones chainsaw by their computer. Now it is both PC and MAC friendly. it kinda puts a new twist in the ongoing love/hate war between the two. Take that you MAC person Bzzzzzzzzz and there goes the imac
(just kidding). Yeah so why you are tying away on your keyboard and thinking about that mighty oak outside you can be powering your isaw.
OK so who is putting this on their Christmas list? Feel free to post here other ":wtf: were you thinking" techie items for us to all giggle over.
Ok admittingly I didn't click and yeah I did think you gotta be kidding me. OK now I find it really funny but no I seriously thought someone seriously was on some wacky stuff to come up with that.
Oh well regardless there are you have to admit some really stupid stuff out there for computers or that can be powered by computers.
I just wish I had a converter that I could plug into my USB that would gerate the amount of power to be able to power the saw that would be one heck of a convertor Considering a USB port gives out 5v 500 ma you would need to convert it to at least 112v 50a to run an electric saw! Now if it had higher amperage it would be easy to convert !
Thats funny though !
OH here is another Stupid tech Toy ! (NOTE: I already know its fake)
Its The Wii Phone
Fake or Real You decide?
After five versions, Ben Heck's portable XBOX 360 mods are still awesome. He just keeps getting better and better. This latest version looks like a Mac product when closed, and features a 17-inch Gateway LCD panel. Some improvements on this one include a Jasper motherboard, a flush-mount DVD door and side panels, digital
potentiometer / button volume controls, and an ethernet port in addition to WiFi.
He ditched the camera, but there's still two USB ports. It's the only white-colored XBOX 360 laptop he's built since the original. The man continues to be the Leonardo DaVinci of gaming consoles.
I could totally have used that chainsaw for my backyard today.
Everyone DOES know this is a joke, right? Right?
If you click on the preorder thing, it comes up with why preorders are closed:
