My printer will not print and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I need to print my daughter's tax form. When I turn the printer off and then back on, the test page prints great but that's all. Anyone got any ideas?
Hi Deb,
I think the printer is all configured. The tax form is on adobe, so I have to print on adobe, yes? Any idea what the problem is and how I correct it?
Okay, here's the thing, right? The printer is one that I've had on there. I did uninstall it and reinstall it. It gives me an error message that there is a problem loading the page. This doesn't mean that the paper is jammed, I don't think it does, anyway. I'll do whatever you say!!!
I'll do whatever you say!!!
Spin around 4 times, and honk like a duck .
Hopefully this screenshot might help ya out. This is the regular Print dialog you get when you click the print button (or menu item) in most programs.

quick question....
Did it just print the test page as soon as you turned it on or did you send the test print to the printer? Also when you go to print the tax page are you sure you are sending it to that printer and not to maybe a old printer that is still installed on that computer? Did you try to uninstall the printer and reinstall it?
