Does anyone know how to convert a PowerPoint presentation to a PDF? I googled it and a bunch of results came up for different programs that do that... but since I've never used it before, I'd like to see if anyone knows of one.
Thanks!
I don't think my system is set up the way since I don't have an adobe pdf as an option there. How do I set it up that way?
I'm not sure of that, my company just has mine set that way, try PO's suggestion above.
Thanks, missb... I tried downloading it cuz I don't have that option set up...
You can try printing to the printer driver installed by Adobe. File > Print
> Select printer (in your printer drop down menu) as Adobe PDF.
Or you can try this free demo, that will covert your PPT into a PDF. When you get to the page, scroll down and select Prep4PDF. Once you click the link there, it will automatically download.
Cool.. I downloaded the program you suggested... I will go from there... thx, Pheonix..
Single & Not Looking
You can go to file print, when the print menu pops up under printer name hit the drop down button and choose Adobe PDF (assuming your system is set up to have that as an option), hit ok then the Save PDF File As menu will pop up, just choose your location. Your PP Presentation will be saved as a PDF.
