Does anyone know how to convert a PowerPoint presentation to a PDF? I googled it and a bunch of results came up for different programs that do that... but since I've never used it before, I'd like to see if anyone knows of one.

Thanks!

You can go to file print, when the print menu pops up under printer name hit the drop down button and choose Adobe PDF (assuming your system is set up to have that as an option), hit ok then the Save PDF File As menu will pop up, just choose your location. Your PP Presentation will be saved as a PDF.

I don't think my system is set up the way since I don't have an adobe pdf as an option there. How do I set it up that way?

I'm not sure of that, my company just has mine set that way, try PO's suggestion above.

If you're using PPT 2007, you can go to Microsoft and download the Save as PDF add-in.

Re: PowerPoint to PDF
One thing you can do....is if you have access to a printer and a scanner.....you can print out the power point presentation, and scan it. It should save it as a PDF file or you may be able to save it as a PDF file manually.

If you are using PPT 2007, go to Microsoft and download the free SAVE AS PDF add-in.

You can try printing to the printer driver installed by Adobe. File > Print
> Select printer (in your printer drop down menu) as Adobe PDF.

Or you can try this free demo, that will covert your PPT into a PDF. When you get to the page, scroll down and select Prep4PDF. Once you click the link there, it will automatically download.
