I was just reading the news on-line and saw that Patrick Swayze just passed away after a long battle with cancer.

Its been such a terrible year so many losses.

Patrick Swayze dies at 57 after a 2 year battle with pancreatic cancer.

Patrick Swayze Dead :(

What a great guy he was. For some reason I had hope that he would make it, he was such a fighter. He was such a real person, with an amazing sense of humor, and that is hard to find these days. I am beyond upset right now, God Bless you Patrick and may you Rest in Peace, the world is a lesser place today because you are no longer in it!! I wish I could say more right now, but I just can't find the words.

RIP Patrick you will be missed for sure!

Very sad indeed.

We were coming back from dinner when I heard it on the radio. He was a wonderful actor from Dirty Dancing, Red Dawn and Ghost. He was also a married for 34 years to the same woman (you don't see that often and in Hollywood). His wife was name Niemi.
