Well, either you haven't uploaded your own personal avatar yet (via going to your profile), or that is your "Gravatar". If you dont have a Gravatar then you get the generic paper bag guy. What is a Gravatar?

Well missb did a great thead on it explaining: Do You Have a Gravatar? So let me give you a few tips when setting up a Gravatar (it only takes 2 min tops):

• Use the email addy you signed up for on GeekDrop
• pick a Avatar that is square because gavatars are square (the one I had to use was not so I had to go to plan

Once you set up your Gravatar you don't have to add any special code here or update your profile it will automatically do it for you. Now it does take about 5 - 10 min to show up. It only shows up in comments not in threads that you have created. Here is what it looks like (if you haven't noticed):
