I need to figure out what software I could get that would allow me to organize all the TUTS...PDF..DOC...Html...SWF in one databse.
this would allow me to add description, show me a preview pane of the actual tut/doc and maybe allow me to share?
I need a search function too...I tried looking but the best I think im going to be able to do is use MDB..and that bloated
Tkc made his own tut viwer, and that was the general idea but now things are more advance then your standard txt...
help me out please or stir me in the right direction
I just had another idea as well, couldnt I create an Main page html file that would show me previews and put it on usb?
thanks brother, works pretty good!
I cant believe Ive been searching forever for something like this and you found it that quick

That program's been around for a looooong time now, so it was the first thing that came to mind. Plus, you know how it is, proggies used to go on and off the chopping block at a breakneck pace back in the PC days
so you aquire quite a mental rolodex of them after a while.
Btw, TUC inbox'd me the link to what you were looking for. I'll PM it to you in a second.

Heyaz OK,
I'm not 100% sure this is what you're looking for, but the software I've always used, and loved, for organizing anything is a program called WhereIsIt. There's a bunch of screenshots on the website to help ya get an idea if it'll work for what you need. It has built in viewers and allows you to create different catalogs (databases) for different things, has an advanced search and a bunch of other stuff. It's pretty full featured.
