I honestly don't know which story would be worse. Both are bad...........
Indonesian woman has a 19.2 lb baby!
Holy crap that is a huge kid and yes she had it cesarean section on September 21. Nope it did not break the worlds record that goes to a 23 lb baby. Anyways here is a picture of the baby next to a normal size baby
The mom is 41 and suffers from diabetes. You can read more here:
Indonesian woman gives birth to 8.7 kilo boy
"He's got strong appetite, every minute, it's almost non-stop feeding," he said. "This baby boy is extraordinary, the way he's crying is not like a usual baby. It's really loud."
OK get this a woman in Arkansas gets pregnant then 3 weeks later gets pregnant AGAIN! Nope not twins they were conceived 3 weeks apart. They know this because they discovered it really early in the pregnancy. The Dr. tell her she should be fine if the older baby goes full term. This is very rare - VERY. The one doctor said she found it mentioned 10 times in medical journals but no real case study (she will be the first). I guess this can be common in the animal world but not in the human world. Here is her ultra sound pic:
you can see more of it HERE.
So what would be worse a 19.2 lb baby or concieving twice?
yeah sounds like the radio guy is a few cards short of a deck. I guess if they were more like a month and a half apart then yeah they might have to have separate delieveries if they both went to full term.
I wonder how big the momma got while prego and I'm betting her tummy looks like a road map. I don't think you could deliver a 19 lb baby...ouch
I saw it on tv this morning and the dr said yes it is possible. In cases like that they would do c-section as to not put the mom into labor where she could deliver both. So I guess so. Could you imagine you get a one month recoup only to do it again. My kids were 2 yrs apart and that was good enough for me.
as for the big baby---wwwooowww! i have only one thing to say: thank god for c-sections!
