We just turned our wii off then back on and it worked, so you might try that as well ;-)

 Worked like a charm on Sony NSZ-GS7 (Google TV). At first I thought this was a low-bandwith problem but this post solved the issue. I had to reset the Sony Google TV unit though because the screen was offset the first time I re-activated my account. After that it just worked wonderfully.

Kept having this problem with my WiiU. The code didn't work but I found almost the same code through Netflix help:

Had me enter 4 ups, not 5 at the end and the deactivate screen appeared.

Working just fine, and the picture isn't so fuzzy anymore!

Thank you so much for this fix!  I haven't been able to watch Netflix on my tv for days.  I don't know how you figure out fixes such as this one but keep up the good work!!  I will tell my friends about your site for sure.

 I had the same issue, and the solution was pretty simple and obvious.

 This does work but it only fixes the problem for so long. i seem to have to do this every few weeks.
