Hi Guys, I have this music sharing program called 360 Sharepro. I have had great success with the music I've wanted, but the problem is that when I open the program the pixels and colors on my computer, all programs that are running or I start to run, well the colors are almost unidentifiable and almost phosphorescent. This happened before and soon after my mother board fried. I don't know why or if it was from the color from the program. Lately I have warning from the catalyst control center that monitoring center had shut dow, but I didn't have 360 sharepro open at that time.
I have a Pavilion p6654y pc.
AMDAthlon II 630 quad core Processor
750gb hard drive
ati Radeon hd 4200 intergrated graphics
Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit.
I hope someone has an idea about this and do you think I should uninstall the software?
Thanks Juliek
Hey StarDoGG, We haven't messaged in a long time! How are you? I hope things are on an even keel for you.
So you think I probably need to update the driver for the Graphics? How do I know which one to use on the link that you gave me?
It seems like this problem has been ongoing because I found several forums dealing with this issue. I get the message like this: Catalyst Control Center: Monitoring program has stopped working. Then it refers itself to Windows.
Thanks for the prompt reply sD. Talk atcha soon. juliek
hi juliek
On the link that stardogg gave you the very first one on that page is the one for your computer. "Catalyst Software Suite".

My initial guess is it wouldn't be related to 360 Sharepro, but rather a problem with possibly the drivers for you "video card". Your "video card" is integrated into your motherboard but you can still (and should) get ATI Catalyst drivers just for "it". Clicky here
If after installing those drivers and rebooting, your computer still is acting the same way, you may want to look on the HP website for some updated motherboard / BIOs updates.
