I have found for my needs that Pipl.com has the most in research results. I also learned that if you know a middle initial and place it right after the first name (no space) you can get even further results, or at least in my case I did. I dont believe Pipl.com sends any notifications since I didn't have to sign up to use their service.

OK I was clicking around on some different Firefox addons and I found this one: People Search and Public Record Toolbar 1.0

as much as I HATE toolbars this one maybe worth it. I think I'll download it at work and check it out. I'm forever searching ppl out at work so this is a good one. I'll let you know

few rxns:

i liked yasni a lot found something i had never been able to before, but it wouldn't give me the second page of results unless i gave them my email address, which i declined to do.

but i give snitch.name a big fat zero....just a wee bit invasive not to mention crappy results (it will use YOUR account if you are logged in ---e.g. MYSPACE, Facebook--to search for this person by their name. so before you click through to people's profiles on myspace, ... think. Might want to use a proxy. and a lot of the results can't be shown BECAUSE you are not logged into that site so it can search. lame.)

and criminalsearches is not reliable as a resource to see if someone has a record/not (tried on person who does have a known record, but it didn't show anything. online state/county court records are much more reliable in some cases) so don't rely heavily on it to screen your dates

Its a pretty cool one but its one if your searching if the person owns a company - for the most part it was dead on but I did find one corp it left off.
