I just wanted everyone to know times right now have really been rough for me !
I wanted to explain some things I have been really frustrated but I'm a fighter ! To all who don't know I'm a christian.
I have a l ot of people on my side, but I sometimes don't see that . I''tm part of a business group with Livinghope church that meets every wednesday at the church . ( which I seem to miss some of the meetingsand really should'nt)
I was in a tough Marriage with a woman I was in love with at first, but things got bad she was a very angery person. I Put her in Jail for DV and it a battle ever since (December 2005) had custody of my kids at first but she now she has them . Its an on again off again Cycle ! I need prayer for stresss relief and to get her to realize what she is doing to her kids .
My finances are Mostly frozen because of Child support issue. I have three Negative overdraw accounts because of this ! They actually keep taking money I don't have !
I don't know if anyone can help me or not ! If anyone has any suggustions you can message me !
I'm trying to get $2500 for a retainer fee also for a attorney , I can say I can repay the money back if I win because they will take a hold off my accounts ! If anyone can help in any way even if it just prayer eveyday i would aprecciate it its a huge struggle right now and I'm trying to get things dealt with !
Also to let people know I'm diabled and have fibromalisia and Severe ADHD and am trying to get on my feet again I'm very smart and I can help you with you small business and more if you give me a chance i can do computer work if you can pay me but it needs to be cash untill I have courts release my funds or it will be in the same situation !

I sometimes have troubles asking people for finacial help because I have been kind of well off I guess untill my divorce! I also need to let down my since of pride sometimes ! I will check out the website too thanks I really am in an emotion struggle to do what is right for all partys even thought she has screwed me over royally with lies !

Thats for sure ! I spread myself too thin is what part of my problem was and my income looked huge to the courts at first becuase i was in five different businesses !
I currently only still in three and because of my garnishments I can do anything !
But I have a team in Pre-Paid legal of 74 people now cause of 13 people in Traverus (which I'm dropping out
I had a team I can't afford the $59 a month)
And only 1 person in my ACN which is new to me !
I know that after I publish my book in 2010 I will money, but I care more about helping people thats why I started writing the book " Trapped " is the title it will start publication process in January of 2010 !
Don't ever loan people money. After all, if they were good with money and were likely to pay you back in a timely manner, they probably wouldn't need the loan in the first place.

I understand that aspect totally I have loaned out a lot of money this year to people and never got it paid back ! i'm not asking for money but if someone can help out it would be great ! Its a HUGE case and really confusing and I'm currently trying to get documentation on me giving my mustang to the church for them to sell for me at a car show whcih we were going to split the money for ! When you are dealing with Divorce beening able to manage finaces does not apply as apply, as most of you would agree with !

Family law does suck ! Its probably the hardest kinds of cases to have because how they pertain to the court system !

Hang in there, family law sucks... Well I have never had to deal with family law but I know alot who have and its not easy or pretty. Like Critter you have my prayers...hang in there.
