Ok so I saw this article and thought it was kinda cool. With companies doing their best to keep their names and sites active they have came up with apps for the ever so popular iPhones. Here are some of the corporations that have jumped on the app band wagon
Some have worked and some well have flopped. Anyways you can read more about it here and pick up a app or two (or three) if you didn't have them before (FREE).
Corporations are scrambling and fighting for the business in today's poor economy. From starting blogs on their websites to producing iPhone and iPod touch applications, they are doing whatever they can for marketing purposes. Some companies are successful in marketing or branding with the iPhones and some fail miserably, tarnishing what used to be a good reputation.
I've been asked for a GeekDrop iPhone app a few times. I have never used an iPhone, and I have no idea what I'd put into the app, plus I have Verizon instead of AT&T, so guess that's gonna have to go on the backburner. Although I'll admit, I'd like to have one available, and the idea intrigues me.
Get an iPhone and get to work! I would love one!!!!!
Hell. Where else?
I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess the MTV one does everything except play music videos...
