Well if you have ever wanted to put a theme on your iphone or ipod touch but haven't found the right one well then you need to check out iphoneoverdose. They have over 300 themes
Its pretty easy to add the themes but it does require you to jailbreak the iphone or ipod touch. Here are some examples of the themes they have...

Themes are one of the main reasons I jailbreak. I love messing with them. You can even SSH in or use iPhonebrowser to pick through themes and build your own from the themes you have installed. I downloaded a theme that changed all of the slider text. I hated the wording they chose so I copied the file to my computer and changed all the text. With themes there really is no limit except your imagination.
