I left the house at noon yesterday and left for Best Buy. No, I wasn't the first person... The first few people got there at 6AM Thanksgiving day. It was COLD last night, so that was the only downer. I did get to meet some really awesome people while I waited.

I got a new camera, lens, and bag as part of a combo. I got a Tomtom. A bluetooth headset. And a few camera memory chips. Overall, a very successful trip. Best Buy was perfectly setup, and there was no pushing or shoving. The workers were really nice, and helped me as I ran from one part of the store to the other trying to get everything on my list.

Just so you know, the family in front of me (4 of them) were all getting $197 laptops, and the dad was going to sell them back online for a huge profit. Has anyone ever gotten a deal like that before where you bought just to sell back?

OK so I did get out today to shop. Originally I was planning on shopping with my mom but noooooooooo the hubby and kids wanted to go. OK rule number one don't take someone shopping who really doesn't like to shop on Black Friday. Every store he complained that there were to many ppl. My kids were not so thrilled at it either but they liked the sales. They did have some fun in Walmart. With all of those folks shopping there were bound to be a few odd ones. Yep they were armed with their cell phone camera and well we sent to submissions to peopleofwalmart.com. Lets just say that really large women should not wear cow print - its just not a good look. the second pic well we found Wyatt Earp was at Walmart or atleast his twin was.
