One of the programs I use the most is a image resizer so when I changed from Vista to Windows 7 I needed to find one. Well I found one that is easy to use. If your a XP user (or were) and you used "XP power Toys" then you are use to this program. Its basically the same thing but made for Vista and Windows 7.

Here is how it works (after you download it). Basically find your photo and then right click on it.

Click on "Resize Pictures" and choose your size

Now say you want a certain size and its not on here then simply click on "Advance" and put in your own numbers
For the example above I choose "Small"

Now as you can see it will not replace your original photograph but add copy of it but in the smaller form. Because I picked small above it added the words "small". Had I chosen large it would have said "large"
