How do I block a friend from seeing ANYTHING on my facebook page?

So I accepted a friend request from a girl in work the other day cos I didn't want to be rude. Now I have a slight emergency, I need to block her from seeing pretty much everything on my wall, how do I do that!! like ASAP..

Facebook right? Go to Privacy settings--->Profile. Then under each heading that you want to block her from seeing click the drop down and choose customize. Then under "except these people" type her name. Save changes. In the box up top type in her name to see your profile as she would see it. Tweak until desired effect is reached.
Thanks Pizzle, i did all that, it was an application that I wanted to block her from and I have done that now. I guess before I take a "quiz" again on any app I'm gonna have to block certain ppl from seeing it if I fear the results will be something that I don't want her or any other person in work seeing...

I was in a state of panic....but its all sorted now. Any quiz that i participate in like that I just block the same few ppl from having access to it....

does this apply to just apps or is it quizzes also? I took a quiz last nite and published it to my page, it was kinda well sexual in nature and after I did that I checked to see if certain ppl could see it (ppl that i didnt want to see it) and they could. I went to app settings to block them, but realized its not an app it was just a quiz, anyone have an idea how i block certain ppl from seeing quizzes besides just deleting it off my page? sorry if im asking a question that has already been answered.
I'd say first try creating Lists (Groups of friends) and Adjust your privacy settings for Wall posts, etc. excluding the people that you don't want to see. But i'm not sure if the quiz results would still be shown to them--i'm not certain if they are considered a wall post. But try that and then go to Privacy and type in a friend's name to see your page as they see it, see if that fixes the problem.
I will test it out right now and let you know if it works...
EDIT* Autumn, when you start taking the quiz, i think almost all quizzes are app's. There was no quiz app entitled with the quizzes name under your apps (when you go to here)? if the quiz is there just edit the settings and uncheck publish activity. I know that's not the answer you were looking for. I'll test that other thing out real quick. But --so that i get it right--what kind of quiz did you take that it wasn't an app? was it something on the right side of facebook like an ad or something?
I know, facebook ain't perfect...and sometimes it's frustrating!
